Guardrails - Rules? - DEI, what does it means, and how is it interpreted?

• Why are we here? - Events that lead to DEI becoming a priority for businesses, i.e. workforce landscape is changing (Register for the November 17th workshop to receive more information about workforce development in this climate).

• How did we get here? - Discuss past practices that were not inclusive and policy/legislation change to promote greater diversity and the impact to small businesses, not-for-profits, etc.

• Will we move from here? - Strategies and tools to promote a more inclusive culture
