The Mastermind Refund & Guarantee Policy

At Lewis & Associates, we provide high-value intellectual property and strategic frameworks immediately upon the start of our program.
1. Before March 23 (Pre-Program Phase):

Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee if requested by March 22, 11:59 PM.

Cohort Guarantee: If the minimum cohort of 8 participants is not reached, all enrollees will receive a 100% full refund.
2. March 23 – April 5 (Infrastructure Phase):

Once Infrastructure Week begins and the World Cup Readiness Guide and Disqualifier Diagnostic are released, our intellectual property is considered delivered.

Refunds requested during this window are capped at 50% of the total program value (regardless of whether you paid in full or are on a payment plan).
3. April 6 & Beyond (Live Workshop Phase):

Once the first live SME Workshop begins, no refunds will be issued.
Note on Payment Plans & Discounts: Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid after any affinity discounts (10% or 15%) have been applied. For those on payment plans, the 50% refund policy still applies to the total contract value.
