SMALL BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM ASSESSMENT & ENGAGEMENT

Identifying how small businesses ecosystems serve and support BIPOC business owners was the central focus of this 15-month project. Working in partnership with Common Future, Next Street, and a cadre of community stakeholders, our consultant team facilitated solution-oriented conversations in St. Louis, MO, Richmond, VA and NYC. It offers a stage-based roadmap and connects entrepreneurs to funding, training, and strategic partners, making it easier for local businesses to launch, sustain, and expand in an inclusive economic ecosystem.​
